Goldsboro Community Garden Initiative

FarmDaddy® teams up with the Sanford Department of Health to distribute 100 self watering garden containers to the Goldsboro residents of Seminole County. The event took place at the Boys & Girls Club located in the heart of Sanford. Much excitement surrounded the day, bringing together both novice and master gardeners. Five months later, the DOH held the Goldsboro Senior Group Health Food Demo. The residents brought dishes that contained the produce they had grown in their FarmDaddy® containers.

Randy was asked to be a tasting judge for the best recipe contest. It was a difficult job but someone had to do it! The collard dishes were out of this world!

Thank you Goldsboro Senior Group for including us in your garden celebration!
