The FarmDaddy® self watering garden container makes it simple for you to grow healthy, fresh produce with as little maintenance as possible. The simplicity of turning on a hose connected to the FarmDaddy® and knowing that your plants, flowers, or produce are getting the exact amount of water they need, consistently, without your intervention, makes it one of the most unique garden container products on the market. It requires no electricity, no constant weeding, and no digging or tilling. The entire system is self-regulating and can be used on up to 600 FarmDaddy® garden containers.
Whether you are a novice or a garden expert, you can grow anything with a FarmDaddy® watering container. More importantly, you can grow wherever you have space and connection to a hose! No more needing plenty of garden space or a large yard or property, when you can grow right on your patio, deck, or even your roof! The best part? The FarmDaddy® has been proven to even double and triple produce yields with less water, next-to-no maintenance, and less fertilizer compared to conventional gardening. Other watering box systems still need the user to physically add water at regular intervals, but not the FarmDaddy® Self Watering Garden Container.
It’s easy to get started: add potting mix, plants, and connect your FarmDaddy® to a simple garden hose and turn it on. The FarmDaddy® patented system will control the water flow and only give the plants as much water as they need, when they need it. Soon, you will have homegrown vegetables, fruit, and herbs right at your fingertips. You will wonder why you never started gardening sooner!

Little Brown Bear Nursery in Harvard, Il. Five year olds filled with potting soil and planted veggies; comparing with bags which need to be manually watered. Two are installed at the U of I Master Garden at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake Illinois as a demonstration. Four are installed at my daughters in Streamwood, Il for her gardening in a very little growing space. Four are at my nephew's in rural Danville who has a degree in horticulture to test use as expansion for use in growing for Farmers Markets. Four are scheduled to be installed at the VFW Peace Garden in McHeny, Il. I will continue to use my 2 original FD’s which were used outside and moved inside over winter 2 grow lettuce and tomatoes; very successful. I’m adding 9 more to be used outside to demonstrate veggie growing with minimal soil and water use. I’m also demonstrating various soil medium, ie, Master Garden commercial, Glee from my friends at Greenhouse Mega store, 2 types of Pitt Moss product as well as other National brands. All my plants were started with Happy Leaf LED lights developed by my friends Vic and Polly from Oregon , Illinois. I am also direct seeding some such as carrots, radishes, beets and lettuce. I am also testing 12 varieties of tomatoes, 6 varieties of peppers and 6 varieties of potatoes for University of Wisconsin. It’s a jungle out there!
Recently, I became reacquainted with Farm Daddy. When I moved into a HOA controlled subdivision, I gave my old FDs to each of my daughters, who are loving them. The HOA rules here were restrictive of items that would be in view of other residents, so I installed a fence and now have three FDs. A university study of potting and soil mixes found that StaGreen potting mix had the best overall parameters for container growing, especially where pH is concerned, so my FDs are growing basil, parsley, thyme and oregano the size of bushes! I also have a blueberry bush in its own FD that is doing well. I’m about to order two more FDs to add more variety. Needless to say, I’m a huge believer in Farm Daddy and recommend them enthusiastically. So, take the leap and start your Farm Daddy garden. You’ll enjoy the results.
I CANT GET ENOUGH!
I LOVE Farm Daddy grow bins! I have grown lettuce, tomatoes, pole beans, and cucumbers in my Farm Daddy bins! I live in North Georgia and they do great here!
Everything is growing fantastic!
I have peppers, cucumbers, squash, beans planted and have been eating the lettuce. I needed stakes, found The Ultimate Tomato Cage. So far so good.
Farm Daddy planters
Great products. I ordered 2 more planters to go with the 3 we already had. Farm Daddy shipped them very quickly.
